I have chosen two articles. The first one is "Immune and Hormonal Changes following Intense Military Training."
This is a physical study of recruits after intense military training. This is useful to me to illustrate the weakned condition of recruits.
This is useful, but I may not keep it because my focus is on the punitive aspect of military training and the solution for that. This merely shows the physical results are of intense military training which may or may not relate to my topic.
The second one is called "Train Like We Fight, Fight Like We Train: Establishing the Air and Space Expeditionary Force Training Center" This serves as a good model for me. However, the emphaiss in this article is on team cohesion and on the expeditionary operational concept which is explained in detail in the article. My focus would be on instituting an atmosphere of trust, kindness, acceptance and personal responsibility, centered around the current Army Values. This article focuses on the United State Air Force. My focus is on the United States military, with an emphasis on the Army.
