Research Paper

My research question is: "How can the military training culture be changed?" which goes hand in hand with: "Why should the military training culture be changed?"
I am a 21 year-old white male. I am in the Army National Guard, and I have been through training only, never deployed. Although, my unit was deployed and those soldiers can provide ample information about the combat environment.
